Prices may change without notice unless a reservation is confirmed. General Payment Conditions 40% of total rent on booking to confirm the reservation by bank transfer. Bank details will be send by email. The remaining 60% + safeguard guarantee prior to the Tenant entering the premises either by banktransfer or locally. Guarantee We take a safeguard guarantee of 200,00€ against any damage or breakage to the accommodation. This guarantee is kept on file and is returned to you within two weeks by banktransfer upon your return home, after checking the state of the accommodation or if time allows on your leaving. Rental contract When renting a home through GolfCoastSpain you a establish a contractual agreement with the owner of that home. GolfCoastSpain is a markting and service organisation that acts as an authorised representative of the owner concerning the rental agreement. Cancellations If the booking is cancelled 6 weeks before the date of arrival, the total amount paid will be refunded minus banking charges. When a cancellation is made 6 to 4 weeks before date of arrival, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. Cancellations during the 4 weeks before arrival will not be refunded. |
